Chicago Progressives object to no guns allowed signs

IT SEEMS THAT SCHOOL OFFICIALS IN SOME CHICAGO SUBURBS ARE OBJECTING TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE UNIVERSAL "NO GUNS ALLOWED SIGNS" IN THEIR SCHOOLS AS MANDATED BY RECENTLY PASSED LAWS IN THAT STATE.  SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ARE OFFENDED BY THE MERE APPEARANCE OF A GUN ON THE SIGN.  I WOULD SUSPECT THAT SOME MEMBERS OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE REALIZED THAT NOT ALL STUDENTS AND PERHAPS SOME TEACHERS AT THOSE SCHOOLS WERE POOR READERS, TO BE KIND, AND FELT THE IMAGE WAS NECESSARY INSTEAD OF THE WORDS WHICH COULD NOT BE PROPERLY INTERPRETED.  READ THE COMPLETE GUN SIGN STORY.
